Jinjiang Sky Villa

Sales Center Inspired by Suzhou Garden Aesthetics

The Jinjiang Sky Villa sales center, designed by Desmood, is a unique blend of modern techniques and oriental spirit. Drawing inspiration from the esthetic of Suzhou gardens, the design showcases a deep respect for nature and a love for the courtyard, creating a serene and pure emotional experience.

The sales center consists of two villas, with the entrance and sand table area partially raised to enhance the space and add a sense of solemnity. The central axis features a set of large-scale art lamps in the shape of falling flowers, arranged like dew-dropped hibiscus petals gently swaying in the breeze, welcoming guests with a visual impact.

Above the sand table, Chinese-style copper coin decorations symbolize the place as a treasured land and add finely crafted details to the design. The second-floor art gallery is designed with three door openings, creating a sense of order and rhythm in the space.

The facade of the sales center uses symmetrical techniques to present a harmonious shape, volume, and color. The VIP negotiation areas are furnished with leisure furniture from the "Shang Xia" brand of Hermes Group, creating a fresh and refined space with elegant charm.

The Jinjiang Sky Villa sales center is a testament to the harmony between man and nature in traditional Chinese architecture. It seamlessly integrates local context with modern design techniques, recreating the natural beauty of mountains and forests and showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Southwestern China.

The project, located in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, was completed in 2019. It is a result of meticulous research and a creative approach to design, aiming to showcase the local nature, art, culture, craftsmanship, and profound history.

The Jinjiang Sky Villa sales center received the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2022. This prestigious award recognizes the outstanding creativity and resourcefulness of the design, which incorporates best practices in art, science, design, and technology. The sales center not only exhibits strong technical and creative skills but also contributes to improving the quality of life, making the world a better place.
