Segevart: A Restaurant Inspired by Art and Luxury

A Fusion of Culinary Delights and Artistic Expression

The restaurant was inspired by the prestigious museums and galleries of modern art. The concept of the restaurant is food served looks like a work of art in a luxurious and private atmosphere.

In the bustling city of Herzliya, Israel, a culinary masterpiece awaits. Segevart, the brainchild of renowned chef Segev Moshe, is not just a restaurant; it is a fusion of culinary delights and artistic expression. Inspired by the world's most prestigious museums and galleries, Segevart aims to elevate dining to an art form.

What sets Segevart apart from other restaurants is its unique design. Renowned designer Guy Sirota was tasked with creating a space that reflects the personality of the chef while exuding luxury and warmth. The centerpiece of the restaurant is a massive iron library, adorned with hidden lighting and a gilded back with texture. This modern and artistic element showcases a variety of artifacts and tools collected by Chef Segev throughout his illustrious career.

One such artifact is a statue of a shoe designed by Tom Dixon, which the chef ingeniously uses as a serving tool. This shoe sculpture holds a special place in Segevart's history, as it was used to serve a dish to both the Prime Minister of Israel and the Prime Minister of Japan during an official dinner. It is these unique touches that make Segevart a truly one-of-a-kind dining experience.

The realization of the Iron Library was made possible through the use of 3D models, ensuring precision and accuracy during production and assembly. The hidden lighting was carefully selected, using a special lighting filter to create the perfect ambiance and illuminate the library in the most captivating way.

Segevart spans a modest 150 square meters, yet it manages to create an atmosphere that is both formal and intimate. The Iron Library not only serves as a stunning visual centerpiece but also cleverly conceals the service areas of the kitchen, allowing the focus to remain on the restaurant's exquisite dishes.

Segevart is a testament to the power of art and design in creating a truly immersive dining experience. Chef Segev Moshe's vision, brought to life by designer Guy Sirota, has resulted in a restaurant that is not just a place to eat but a work of art in itself.

Segevart has been recognized for its exceptional design, receiving the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2022. This prestigious award celebrates designs that embody creativity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to improving quality of life.

Step into Segevart and prepare to be transported to a world where culinary mastery meets artistic expression. Indulge in a dining experience like no other, where every dish is a masterpiece and every moment is a celebration of art and luxury.
