Exhibition Center Of IDC Tianjin China

Unique Design Inspired by Submarines and Warships

The Exhibition Center of IDC Tianjin China, designed by UNWM HONGKONG, stands out with its unique architectural concept inspired by surfaced submarines, sailing warships, and aircraft. The building's design creates a dynamic and energetic atmosphere, with mirror waters surrounding the architecture, reflecting its entirety and enhancing the overall experience.

The Exhibition Center of IDC Tianjin China, designed by UNWM HONGKONG, is a remarkable architectural project that showcases a new and prominent design method. The building's volume takes the form of a triangle, which, together with the landscape design, creates a radial and innovative pattern that deviates from traditional styles. This design approach sets the Exhibition Center apart from other structures, making it a standout in the architectural landscape.

Constructed using steel, the Exhibition Center spans over 2300 square meters. Its powerful exterior presence is characterized by clean lines and rigorous simplicity. The thick white walls and the triangular volume reflect a high-tech style that evokes a futuristic aesthetic, contributing to the building's unique identity.

The Exhibition Center of IDC Tianjin China was completed in April 2014, following a design process that began in August 2013. Located in Tianjin, China, the project required careful research and planning to achieve its desired outcome. The design team, consisting of Lin Chengfu, Liao Zhixiong, Luo Quan, Yi Liya, Wu Fuhua, and Tang Gangyi, worked collaboratively to overcome creative, technical, and research challenges, ensuring the architecture effectively communicated its intended message.

The Exhibition Center's design is not only visually striking but also functional. It provides a space for exhibitions and events, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in a world of art, innovation, and technology. The building's unique features and strong design principles contribute to an engaging and sophisticated experience for all who visit.

The Exhibition Center of IDC Tianjin China has received recognition for its outstanding design. In 2015, it was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building, and Structure Design category. This prestigious award is given to designs that demonstrate innovation, practicality, and adherence to professional and industrial requirements. The Exhibition Center's design embodies these qualities, making it a standout in the architectural world.
