This housing development offers a low-density neighborhood sitting on top of a hill, surrounded by lush greenery that acts as a buffer zone between the city. The Verge32 3-Storey Bungalow showcases the concept of Modern Classic, with each floor boasting a ceiling height of 12'. The extensive use of materials such as marbles, unique art pieces, and descent profiles contributes to the luxurious and glamorous ambiance of the residence.

To avoid overcrowding the space with intricate profiles, Metrics Global Sdn. Bhd. carefully selected specific profiles that define the classical interior style. These profiles are applied throughout the house in appropriate proportions, complementing the carefully crafted color schemes for each space.

The interior space of this bungalow spans 5,183 square feet, providing ample room for residents to enjoy a comfortable and lavish lifestyle. Visitors are welcomed by a foyer adorned with a crafted wall-piece that spreads along the high walls, projecting itself as a portrait. The kitchen features a distinct profile, complemented by a unique olive-green kitchen cabinetry that redefines the concept of Modern Classic. The Master Suite includes a working suite, bedchamber, and walk-in wardrobe exclusively designed for the prime occupants. The beds in the Guest Room are mobile and flexible, accommodating a range of guests.

The Verge32 project began in November 2015 and was completed in January 2016 in Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur. The design process involved extensive research, including studying various precedent designs from abroad. Countless discussions and consultations were held with all parties involved, particularly regarding the cabinetry details, to achieve the desired results. The design was refined over time, eliminating excessive details to bring out the best of the "Modern Classic" concept.

Despite the creative and technical challenges faced, such as designing the ladders at the Bar in the Guest Lounge and creating movable beds in the Guest Room, the team at Metrics Global Sdn. Bhd. overcame these obstacles through collaboration and coordination. The site supervisors played a crucial role in preparing the site for renovation.

Verge32's Modern Classic 3-Storey Bungalow has garnered recognition for its exceptional design. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2016 in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This award is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements. The Verge32 design is respected for integrating industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, providing fulfillment and positive feelings, and contributing to a better world.
