The logo features unique graphics that can be split and combined to create a variety of variations, including numbers, food, animals, and symbolic graphics. With both static and dynamic versions, this versatile logo can be used across various media platforms.

The China Food Expo has been a significant event held in Ningbo for the past twelve years. Serving as a platform for innovation in the food industry and facilitating cross-border cooperation, the Expo has become a vital hub for the industry in China. The logo design for the Food Expo incorporates the concept of the "Tangram," aligning with the Expo's diverse and converging nature.

Designing a logo with multiple shapes and variations was a complex process. The design team faced the challenge of creating a cohesive and adaptable brand image that represented the Expo's diverse offerings. Through extensive experimentation, they successfully integrated the different shapes and utilized them effectively.

The research conducted for this project focused on logo design and aimed to incorporate dynamic elements into the Expo's visual identity. By utilizing the "Tangram puzzle," the design team created a logo that could transform and adapt, reflecting the Expo's dynamic nature. The final design received high praise from both clients and society, highlighting its effectiveness and impact.

The China Food Expo Logo was designed by Mao Ming and Yao Dabin, with contributions from Wang Lujia and Xie JiaJia. The project commenced in September 2017 in Ningbo and was completed in November 2017. The intellectual property and copyright for the visual content of this design belong to Mao Ming.

This exceptional design was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Graphics, Illustration, and Visual Communication Design category in 2018. The award recognizes designs that demonstrate outstanding creativity, resourcefulness, and technical skills. By incorporating best practices in art, science, design, and technology, these designs contribute to improving the quality of life and making the world a better place.
