The Jade Fun collection draws its inspiration from the deep appreciation and admiration that Chinese people have for jade. The black impurities with green color in jades resemble abstract Chinese paintings, adding a touch of artistic elegance to each piece. Each jade is meticulously carved by hand, showcasing the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into creating these stunning pieces.

At the heart of the collection is the typical Chinese safety buckle shape, symbolizing peace and auspiciousness. The buckle features a hole in the middle, and in the center of each hole, designer Juan Juan Hu has incorporated an 18k gold rivet structure. This structure allows for free rotation, enabling wearers to easily take out and put in each jade as they please.

What sets the Jade Fun collection apart is its innovative screw structure. Each piece of jewelry is designed with a flexible screw that can be removed, giving wearers the option to wear the jewelry with or without the jade. This flexibility allows for different wearing styles and occasions, adding versatility to the collection.

The materials used in the Jade Fun collection include 18k gold, jade, and diamonds. The screw structure is carefully designed to pass through the center hole of the jade, ensuring a secure and firm hold. The diamond-encrusted 18k gold rim adds a touch of luxury and elegance to each piece, while the delicate hinge structure allows for easy movement and a comfortable fit.

The Jade Fun collection includes collars, bracelets, and brooches, with the brooches doubling as pendants. Each round jade can be easily removed or placed by rotating the screw structure in the middle. This interactive feature allows wearers to customize their jewelry according to their preferences and style.

Designed and realized in China, the Jade Fun collection showcases the fusion of traditional craftsmanship and modern design. The project started in January 2016 and was completed in April 2016, culminating in an exhibition at the VOD Jewelry Exhibition in Dubai.
